Many items in the shop are made-to-order to give you a wider choice. Pieces are started as soon as your order is received and the full order will ship in about 3 weeks.
Additionally, if you're after an item, size or colour listed as Out of Stock we can usually create it for you. Simply email us - email@example.com - with link to the product you're after, we'll create a custom order invoice and get to work! Regular shipping costs and shipping discounts apply.
"...when and how do I receive my order?"
In stock orders are shipped in 2-3 business days. Made-to-order pieces are started as soon as your order is received, and the full order will ship in approximately 3 weeks. Delivery time once packages leave our care is dependent on Australia Post.
Domestic deliveries are sent via Australia Post and shipping is calculated based on weight.
- up to 500g: $8.50
- 500g - 3kg: $15
- 3kg - 5kg: $20
- Orders over $180 will automatically qualify for free shipping in Australia, regardless of weight.
We aren't currently offering Express Post shipping, but if you need something right away (and we have it in stock and ready to go) we can process the postage difference to get your items to you asap. Drop us an email with any questions!
We currently ship International orders via DHL to the US and New Zealand. Prices are calculated in Australian dollars on checkout.
If you would like to place an order for delivery to a country other than those listed at checkout please contact us to inquire about rates!

We maintain a tightly curated list of wholesalers, some who stock our standard range and others for whom we create custom pieces, email us to chat about what you're looking for!

We do not refund or exchange products unless they are defective or damaged when received. We take the greatest care when packing for shipping, however if your products arrive damaged please contact us to supply photographic evidence via email within 48 hours (two days) of receipt and we will endevour to rectify the situation with a replacement. If a replacement product is not available we will refund the purchase price and domestic (Australian) shipping costs at our discretion.
Many items we carry are handmade or made from natural materials, therefore there may be some variation in size, shape and colour. Our production descriptions and images aim to be as true to the items as possible to ensure customers are making informed choices.
